CastelBrando, an evening celebrating the people behind LeComfort’s story

Some occasions are about more than simply coming together.

They offer a chance to pause, reflect on the journey so far and recognise the people who, day after day, help shape a company’s story. It was in this spirit that LeComfort brought together its sales network, internal team and external partners for a special evening at CastelBrando, in Cison di Valmarino, nestled among the hills of the Treviso countryside.

Steeped in history, the venue provided the perfect setting to celebrate the present while honouring the journey that made it possible.

One of the evening’s most meaningful moments was the celebration of Elio De Marchi’s 50 years in the industry. A remarkable milestone reflecting a journey shaped by passion, determination and, above all, people. During his speech, Elio himself reflected on just how important these values have been throughout the years:

“Fifty years is a long time. Fifty years spent making sofas with enthusiasm, passion and determination. Because achieving milestones like these takes more than ambition and willpower: you have to truly believe in what you do, every single day. And if I’m here today celebrating this journey, it’s also thanks to all of you who have been by my side over the years and continue to be part of it.”

His words were met with a heartfelt video tribute from colleagues, external partners and members of the sales network, bringing together memories, personal reflections and messages of gratitude. It was a moving moment that captured the true value of everything built over the years, not only professionally, but on a personal level too. Because beyond the achievements and milestones, what truly endures are the lessons shared, the opportunities created and the ability to inspire and guide others. Perhaps one of the greatest rewards is seeing part of your own story reflected in the words of those who have shared the journey with you.

The evening also paid special tribute to several long-standing sales agents who, after many years working alongside LeComfort, have now entered retirement.

It was an opportunity to recognise their dedication and professionalism, but also to personally thank them for their contribution to the company and the relationships built over the years.
